| Frank R. Cromwell, III President Frank began managing rentals for the Cromwell Company in 1980 after graduating from Baylor University. He earned a BBA from the business school with a concentration in real estate. Over nineteen years of hands-on management experience has provided him with the invaluable knowledge of Waco's investor market. Frank has served on the Board of Directors of the Heart of Texas Apartment Association (HTAA) for the past 5 years and has been serving on its Executive Committee for the the past 4 years, being elected president for 1995. He also has served on the Texas Apartment Association's Board of Directors from 1995 to Present. In addition to serving on a multitude of committees with the HTAA and the City of Waco's Rental Housing Task Force, he was elected Owner/Manager of the Year by the HTAA in 1995. Frank is currently the President Elect of HTAA and will serve a second term as President in 2000. |

Frances Alexander |
Native Texan, lived most of my
life in Waco. I have a wonderful husband of 18+ years, 3 beautiful daughters and 1
wonderful grandson. Have been at The Cromwell Company a little over a year. Prior to that I worked for The Perry Company, a manufacturer of pickup accessories and farm products for over 10 years. I am an active member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church. My favorite things to do include going camping, and spending time with my family. |

Tina was born and raised in
Waco. She has been with The Cromwell Company for about a year and plans to continue her education in business. She enjoys water sports and camping. |
